Although the toy is nearly six inches long (and just over one inch thick), only four inches of the Dolphin can be used for insertion, so deep thrusting is out of the question. For those who prefer a smoother texture, the silicone offers a soft, flesh-like feel. For me, though, I prefer the bumps and ridges offered by the real thing.

There is a loop at the end of the dolphin that holds a bullet vibrator. When the bullet was in place, the Dolphin was hard to handle and lacked in ease of operation. The vibe also only has one speed, and the high-speed vibration was overwhelming after a short period and started to have a numbing effect. When used without the vibe, the loop offers a nice handle for easy maneuvering. Bullet or not, I had no luck at all with G-spot stimulation by myself or with a partner.
